"Dear Madam, dear Sir, today I have an unusual request. In the period September 6. – 12.2012 we spent some days in your hotel. During the last 2 years I have had 3 operations at my back. So it is very necessary to use a good bed mattress to reduce my pains. In my room in your hotel during the stay I have had an very good mattress. Please look and send me the type and producer (name of the mattress, too please). I will try to buy a similar model for my house using. Thank you in advance for your help.  Best regards Jörg K."
