" Recently we stayed in your hotel in our trip to Italy. We had a wonderful time but because of one of your employees our trip was extra special... I want to thank her for her assistance with our trip and the kindness she extended to us all the while we were there... She truly is a wonderful person so to her and your staff I want to say Thank You. Hopefully we will be back in the near future. "
